How to Apply for Latest Govt Jobs in Punjab?
- Appointment will be made as per university Rules and the latest Government of Punjab guidelines for both Gazetted & Non-Gazetted staff.
- Final appointment is subject to verification of educational degrees & experience certificates. Any related expenses will be covered by the selected candidates.
- A relaxation of five years in the upper age limit will be granted universally. Female candidates will receive an additional 08 years of relaxation, following government notification No. SORI (S&GAD)9-36/81, dated 21-05-2012.
- Maximum age, including relaxation, should not exceed 58 years.
- Applicants with Punjab Domicile should submit their applications on the prescribed Proforma available at the University website: http://rmur.edu.pk. Attach attested copies of documents, degrees, certificates, CNIC, domicile, and 02 fresh passport size colored photographs.
- If applying for multiple posts, submit separate application forms with necessary documents for each position.
- Clearly write the name of the post applied for on the top right side of the envelope.
- Completely filled Application Proforma should be submitted to the University office (Room No.39), RMU New Teaching Block, Rawalpindi (inside Holy Family Hospital), along with a bank draft/pay order of RS. 1000/- favoring Vice Chancellor, RMU, Rawalpindi.
- PM&DC/PMC/HEC/PEC recognition certificate of experience (showing eligibility) must be attached with documents.
- Foreign degree holders must have recognition from HEC/PM&DC/PMC/PEC.
- Ensure all testimonial degrees are recognized by PM&DC/PMC/PEC registration Certificate.
- Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body employees must apply through proper channel.
- Only short-listed candidates will be called for an interview.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
- The Competent Authority may cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
- Incomplete application forms will not be entertained.
- No TA & DA will be provided for the interview.
